Welcome! This site is designed especially for my twelve ferrets. Just a year ago, I got my first two ferrets, Pepsi & Sly. Then my mom and I kept getting more! When we got our 10th and 11th ferrets (which were adopted from a woman who was trying to get rid of them) my mom promised my dad she'd stop. Well, she did for a record 5 months! Then, just two weeks ago, we took a ride to New Hampshire and saw a young ferret kit all alone in a pet store. So we got her and named her Smudge. Modern Ferret Magazine	A bi-monthly color magazine all about ferrets. Written by Eric and Mary Shefferman. Cheese:"I love this magazine! Mommy has just about every issue! Each one has a cute centerfold that mom puts on her wall! Read it, it's the best magazine about ferrets out there!
Ferret Fun Factory Flying Cubby	A cross between a hammock and a sleep sack. Provides hours of ferret fun! Cheese:"It is really comfy! Mom bought us two of them! I prefer sleeping on the blanket in my cage, but that's because Pepsi and some others are always hogging them!

• The Bag Game-Take a plastic grocery bag and let your ferret go in it. Then carefully swing it around a smooth floor, stop and let the ferret out. Our ferrets love it!
• Pillow Case Fun-Put your ferret in a pillow case (left on the pillow!) and shake it gently around. When your ferret comes out they'll probably be "dooking!"
• Tickle n' Dook-When playing with your ferret, they love it when you place them on their backs and tickle their tummies. Cheese is always on his back waiting for a tummy tickle!

Q:Are ferrets rodents?
A:No. Ferrets are related to minks, weasels, badgers, skunks..etc

Q:Should I keep my ferret in a cage like a guinea pig or hamster?
A:No. Ferrets should have a cage, but they should be out playing around for atleast 2hrs a day. If you can't give your ferret this time, you should not get one.

Q:Will my ferret get along with my cat or dog?
A:Yes. Ferrets will get along great with your cat or dog, but you must introduce it because the cat or dog still may harm your ferret or vice versa.
